All prices indicated are valid for cash payment only and do not include VAT (at the legal rate).

Orders are considered effective upon confirmation of receipt of payment.

Shipments will be made according to stock availability.

- The Two Medical ONLINE SHOP is aimed exclusively at dental professionals and healthcare institutions.

- All fields must be filled in when registering.

- The Professional Card Number / Issuing Body field is mandatory and is the responsibility of the person who fills it in.

- All items displayed in our ONLINE SHOP are subject to out-of-stock conditions without prior notice and are unavailable for sale. Only items in stock are available for sale, unless there are stock errors.

- Delivery delays may also occur for reasons beyond our control, such as carrier failure, incorrect or incomplete addresses, strikes or other extraordinary factors.

- The prices and promotions shown may change without prior notice.

- Although we are an ONLINE SHOP, you can always have all the support you need at your disposal at any time, namely we can provide support by e-mail, telephone or even in person, at our premises or at your address.

- In the event of order cancellation on the customer's initiative, you will be responsible for any costs incurred as a result.

If I request a refund of a payment made by Paypal, will I be reimbursed for the commissions?

No, when refunding a payment for goods or services, the commissions you paid on the original order will be deducted.
